Château Sainte-Luce Bellevue - Les Aubelines
A great terroir that gives the wine a nice acidity, a beautiful complexity of fruit, citrus, a salinity with a sustained minerality. On the palate, vivacious, beautiful volume : a great white wine.
Age of the Vines : 10 years old
Yield : 30HL/Ha
Grounds : Clay-limestone terroir with a high pourcentage of clay in some areas.
Aging : 12 months fermentation and again in barrel (25% new)
Tasting Notes : Pretty intense color with green hues yet. Delicate wine with aromas of white flowers and citrus. After swirling, elegant oak grows (toasted, vanilla). The round and fat palate, good size, is balanced by the cool mineral notes.
Aging Potential : 5 to 8 years
Tasting Advice : With beautiful fishes, cheese like Pyrenees type. Drink fresh (12°C), can be aired in a carafe
